Project No. KT-000-090-D01
Brief Description: This project involves the design services for a 180-bed, 184,797 gross square feet, New Youth Detention Center, Baltimore City, Maryland. Estimated Construction Cost: $6,500,000 Major Disciplines: Architecture; Structural, Civil, Geo-technical, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing, Fire Protection and Environmental Engineering; and will include Telecommunication, Security, Cost Estimating and Foods Service Consultants. Each firm interested in submitting a proposal must submit a Letter of Interest to the Office of the General Professional Services Selection Board (GPSSB), 301 W. Preston Street, Room M-6B, Baltimore, MD 21201 or to lettersofinterest@dgs.state.md.us by 5:00 p.m., June 4, 2008. Letters of Interest not received in the Office of the GPSSB by the specified date and time will not be acceptable. For a firms Letter of Interest to be acceptable, the firm must have a current SF-254 on file in the Office of the GPSSB or may submit one with its Letter of Interest. If you are not sure whether or not your firm has a current SF-254 on file in the office of the GPSSB, call the procurement officer at the number listed below, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The request for proposals can be accessed by clicking the Request for Proposals link below.
