The Space and Naval Warfare SystemCommand (SPAWARSYSCOM) Atlantic
intends to issue solicitation N65236-09-
R-0123 as a sole source commercial
item contract pursuant to the
FAR/DFARS 6.302-1 (10 U. S.C. 2304(c)
(1) to Siver Wolf, Inc. dba eRacks,
1444 North Batavia Street, Orange, CA,
Cage Code 1UAW9. The procurement
is for the acquisition of one hundred
thirty-three (133) 2U rack-mount
workstations. The MUDCAT system is a
Cryptologic Collection system designed
and built by SSC-Atlantic for the Carry-
On Cryptologic Program (CCOP).
CCOP's is to provide the fleet with
Indications and Warnings (I&W);
capabilities that would not other wise
have at their disposal. CCOP goal to is
fill gaps in capabilities that a system
from a normal Program of Record can
not provide.These units meet specific
critical design, functional and
operational requirements. E-racks is
the workstation and holds proprietary
rights.
A firm Fixed Price type contract is
anticipated. The FSC Code is 7035.
The NAICS Code is 334111 with a total
value of $187,848.00 .
This is a notice of intent and is not a
request for competitive proposals.
