SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN
ORANGEBURG, SC
The United States Government seeks to lease class A contiguous street level office space in an existing building or with new construction. Contiguous upper-floor space on one floor which meets the lease criteria and has handicapped accessible elevator service to the office floor is an acceptable alternative. The space offered must consist of approximately 7,866 rentable square feet in Orangeburg, SC. The space should yield 6,840 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.
There must be a minimum of forty-two (42) public parking spaces available within a two-block radius of the leased space at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates.
The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:
South Fischer to Wiles
East Doyle to Docket
North Amelia to Middleton to Bull
West Broughton to Russell to Cuttino
The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced.
Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 21, 2010.
The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building s ownership. The offered space must not be located in a 100 year flood plain. No subleases will be considered.
