On May 20, 2008, the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) of Bethesda, MD, will conduct a pre-solicitation conference outlining the technical specifications of our computer leasing (or purchasing) requirement. We anticipate awarding a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price Contract for lease (or purchase), installation and on-site hardware maintenance support of approximately 1,200 computers (combination of Desktops and Laptops). The potential NAICS code is 532420 - Office Machinery and Equipment Rental or Leasing. The value of the award is estimated at $2-3 million.
The conference will be held at USUHS: Building A, Lecture Hall C on the National Navy Medical Campus, which is located at 4301 Jones Bridge Road, Bethesda, MD 20814. (See Below for Directions). Each company is limited to four representatives. Since parking availability is limited, public transportation is recommended. On-site check-in and registration for the conference will begin at 9:00 AM. The conference is expected to end at 11:30 AM.
