This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information on proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. In accordance with FAR 13.104 Promoting Competition, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) solicited bids from vendors and the lowest quote was accepted. Communication Devices Inc. (CDI) provided the quote with the lowest price.
The intended order will be for twelve (12) Port Authority-88 Advance Encryption Standards. The total price proposed and accepted is $25,551. DEA will award the order to CDI.
