    Description; Information:
    The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH), PeachCare for Kids program intends to sole source the procurement of the development of promotional materials and outdoor advertising on the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) bus and rail system to CBS Outdoor, Inc. PeachCare for Kids is a comprehensive health care program for uninsured children living in Georgia. Several factors such as changes in the application and renewal process, four months of closed enrollment (due to federal funds shortfall), and a lack of visible outreach campaigns have resulted in a decline in membership and knowledge of the program among Georgia families. DCH seeks to raise awareness of the program by partnering with CBS Outdoor, Inc. to advertise on MARTA. MARTA outdoor advertising is particularly geared to reach PeachCare for Kids target market of low-income families residing in the Metro area. CBS Outdoor is the sole vendor with a contract to advertise on MARTA property. Specifically, MARTA has a sole and exclusive agreement with CBS Outdoor to sell, install and maintain the advertising displays inside and/or upon the rail stations, rail cars, buses, and in bus stop shelters at MARTA bus stops.
Specific media include: 50 (40 + 10 bonus) Two-Sheet Posters in Atlanta Commuter Rail stations; 2 Bulletins (1 each in Cobb and Gwinnett Counties); 50 Exterior bus king-size posters; 18 Bus shelter posters; and (4) 30 sheet posters (2 in Douglasville and 2 in Clayton County). The campaign will be based on two 4-week runs but predicted to be extended based on availability of space with CBS Outdoor Advertising. The estimated cost for the media campaign is $50,000.
