PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Alaska VA Healthcare System and Regional Office will issue Request for Proposal (RFP) VA-260-08-RP-0291 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), AK Healthcare System & Regional Office, 2925 DeBarr Road, Anchorage Alaska, to procure the repair, repaving, and restriping the parking lot at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Homeless Veterans Services Domiciliary facility located at 3001 C Street, Anchorage. Work will also include curb repair, new handicap accessible ramps, a new retaining wall, and a new dry well. The performance period will be for 96 days from date of award. Solicitation No VA-260-08-RP-0291 will be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about May 30, 2008 with a closing date of June 16, 2008.
