The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) intend to issue a sole source contract to Potomac North, LLC c/o The JBG Companies, 4445 Willard Avenue, Suite 400, Chevy Chase, MD, 20815 to provide parking garage space and parking garage maintenance and repair services to the parking garage located at the Potomac Center North Building Parking Garage, 500 12th Street, S.W., Washington, DC. The Potomac Center North Building will house ICE HQ and the building is currently leased through GSA until the Year 2016. ICE will control access to the parking garage. The anticipated period of performance is for a 12-month base year and four 12-month options. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 12 -- acquisition of commercial items procedures. The proposed award is for services under NAICS 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All interested sources will be considered. Any interested party should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this synopsis can be met no later than 5 days from the date of the announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
