The United States General Services Administration has a requirement for the selection of a quality contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair and renovate the Parking Garage at the Poff Federal Building in Roanoke, VA. The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing caulking and expansion joints, replacement of the existing concrete walkways with an option to install new awnings, replacement of the exterior concrete stair and provide a canopy, replacement of existing aluminum storefront system and replacement of the exterior concrete plaster soffits with vented aluminum soffit system. The work also includes repair of the interior garage walls and ceilings.
