Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required items under RFQ N00189-08-T-0162. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued.
FISC Norfolk wishes to procure the following:
50 Ea. Professional Deluxe Matrex Back Chairs. Color: Black with adjustable headset and deluxe matrex mesh back with adjustable lumbar support. Specifications: 4? thick deluxe seat cushion, head rest adjust forward, and up and down for optimum support, pneumatic height adjustment; infinite locking 2 to 1 synchro knee tilt, height adjustable arms with pull-up pads, gunmetal finish metal base w/ dual carpet casters.
