Description
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), FAA Academy, Contracts & Program Administration Branch, AMA-260, has a requirement for a Level 5 Flight Training Device (FTD) IAW AC-120-45A. Cockpit must closely replicate a Very Light Jet (VLJ). A service maintenance agreement will also be needed. National Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: DOT, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
