This project consists of constructing 2 picnic/campground areas in the Pine Valley Recreation Area located on the Pine Valley Ranger District on the Dixie National Forest.
Work will include construction of campground, includes roadways, spurs, utilities, and site furniture and amenities. This is a base bid with 5 options items and is set aside for Hubzone. This solicitation will be uploaded to this same website on approximately May 15, 2008 and proposals will be due June 16, 2008 @ 4:30 p.m. MST.
There is a site visit scheduled on June 4, 2008 @ 10:30 a.m. Interested bidders will meet at the east entrance of Pine Valley Campground which is located at the end of the city of Pine Valley.
