Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The IFB document and contract incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18, effective 30 Jun 2007 and Class Deviation 2005-0001. This bid is to include descriptive literature. Failure to receive this information with the bid will result in the bid being considered non responsive and bid will be rejected. See FAR Contract Clause 52.214-21. Three each, patrol boat, (20 Ft) Twenty-Feet, V Hul l, Triumph 195 CC or equal, 8ft2in Beam, 14in Draft, (8) person/1,890 lbs. capacity, center console and 60 gallon (minimum) fuel tank. Meets or exceeds all applicable U.S. Coast Guard and ABYC safety standards .Double wall, Roplene hull injected with high density closed-cell foam, unsinkable hull.
