This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-08-T-0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). CLIN 0001: 200ea, PARTS K ITS, BRAKE AIR COMPRESSOR, Part No. KTABS-939B/A1, fits all M939 Basic and M939A1 models. Consists general kit, basic stand alone components package, and air dryer, NSN 2530-01-539-3579.
