Synopsis:

Provide all labor, supervision, management, management support, transportation, and incidentals as required to pick up and remove biohazardous and pharmaceutical waste from Bay Pines VA Healthcare system and associated facilities. Period of performance will be from the date of award through May 2009, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 as a commercial service and will be issued on or about 4/23/2008 with a response due date of on or about May 21, 2008. Hard copy solicitations will not be made available. Contractors may obtain a copy of the solicitation and any attachments at the following URL: www.fbo.gov. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All proposals must be returned to the address in block 9 of Standard Form 1449.
