Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase a variety of furniture including outdoor metal tables, benches, trash receptacles, wall racks, bulletin boards, oval tables, and bistro style chairs. A complete list of the items, quantities, and item numbers is available, interested parties should send e-mail to request the list prior to submitting a quote. Item numbers given are for the purpose of cross referencing and may not be the manufacturer part numbers for the items. Please include all shipping costs in your quote, with shipping to Camp Roberts, in San Miguel, CA zip code 93451. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than Tuesday, May 20, 2008 by 1:00pm PST and may be faxed to 805-594-6348 or e-mailed to jeannie.r.thornton@us.army.mil.
