4. Pre-Proposal Conference
Questions regarding this RFP will be addressed at a pre-proposal conference July 22, 2008 at 10:00 am local time, at the Byron Rogers Federal Building, 1961 Stout Street, Room 160, where questions will be answered relative to this RFP. All prospective offerors are urged to attend this conference. In order to make the conference as productive as possible, offerors are requested to submit in advance any questions they may have in writing to Mire Medina-Whittenburg at mire.whittenburg@gsa.gov. The submission of written questions will not preclude anyone from posing questions during the pre-proposal conference.1. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies, and shall be responsible for the efficient, economical, and satisfactory operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the Alfred A. Arraj U.S. Courthouse, Denver, Colorado

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting location will be at the Byron Rogers Federal Building 1961 Stout, Room 160. The point of contact for this site visit will be Tracy Maes, Contracting Officer and Lionel Montoya, Assistant Building Manager.
