Synopsis:

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to LexisNexis, 1150 18th Street NW, Suite 600, Washington, DC 20036, to renew an online database subscription for the Congressional Hearings Digital Collection (1824-1979) for the USMA Library. The award amount is estimated to be $90,000. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 519120 and the size standard is $6.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
