Description; Information:
The City of Roswell will receive bids from interested contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to stabilize and protect existing mill ruins on site, remove existing boardwalks and vegetation, and construct new pedestrian walkways, boardwalks, and interpretive signage at the Vickery Creek Mill Park, located at 95 Mill View Avenue, Roswell, Georgia. Repairs and replacements will be performed in accordance and specifications as prepared by The Jaeger Company.
Bids will be received at the City of Roswell, 38 Hill Street, Suite 100, Roswell, Georgia 30075 until Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Beginning February 29, 2008, plans and specifications for the project may be reviewed at the F.W. Dodge McGraw Hill Plan Room in Atlanta, Georgia. Bid documents may be obtained by contacting the office of the Landscape Architect:

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the City of Roswell Municipal Complex, 38 Hill Street, Suite 100, Roswell, Georgia 30075. Written request for documents together with a check of $50.00 per set should be filed promptly with the Landscape Architect. All checks should be made payable to The Jaeger Company. The fee includes drawings, specifications and shipping, and is nonrefundable.
