The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to obtain commercial off the shelf Oil and Natural Gas infrastructure database (geospatial vector data layers) over the 50 United States and District of Columbia. In addition, layers are also desired for 100 nautical miles north and south of the CONUS national boundary into Canada and Mexico, 100 nautical miles east of Alaska/Canada boundary (into Canada), Puerto Rico, and Other U.S territories. The estimated period of performance is 23 September 2008 through 22 September 2009 with four option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. All proposals shall be F.O.B. Destination. See attached Request for Proposal (RFP) for specific terms and conditions. An original and eleven copies of the response to the request for proposal are due to the following address no later than 18 August 2008, 15:00 p.m. CST: Patricia L.
