Description
Ogden Gate, Huebner Road Repairs and Upgrades.
The work shall consist of adding a 12 ft wide lane to Huebner road from the Fort Riley property line at Ogden and transition back to two lanes at Mallon road. The length is approximately 400 ft. Mil l and provide a 4 in. flexible pavement overlay on the existing Heubner Road pavement. Shoulders shall be constructed to facilitate the lane addition. Remove the 4ft x8 ft double box concrete culverts along Heubner Road. Replace the box culverts wi t h ne w concrete 6 ft x 8 ft box culverts. Clean the existing channel from Huenber Road downstream to the railroad right of way. This will inclulde removing trees and disposing of the trees properly. Length of channel cleaning is approximately 1 300 ft. with app roximately 500 ft of tree clearing. The channel shall be graded to drain and seeded appropriately. Work shall include all guard rail, striping and seeding. This solicitation is a HubZone competitive IFB and is planned to be issued on or about April 01 , 2008
