The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with Janden Company for all needed items supplied for the Offset Division and Intaglio Printing Division. Also, Janden will supply the BEP with Offset Printing Blankets to be used on the presses. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used. See numbered note 22.
