THE ABOVE REFERENCED NOTICE IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS:

AMENDMENT 1, QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

Question: In the SOW, on page one, Section 2 (Nature and Description etc.), paragraph 2, first sentence, it states that "this competitive contract acquisition seeks program assistance support on behalf of the HHS Office on Disability during its reorganization of administrative infrastructures to occur over a 21 week time period, beginning on May 6, 2008 and scheduled for completion by September 26, 2008." Should I assume that for budgeting purposes the service contract covers 21 weeks as stated?

Answer: Assume beginning of June through September 26, 2008.


QUESTION: In addition to the Representations and Certifications (I completed the questionnaire in ORCA), DUNS and CCR registration, do I need to complete Standard Form 33?

Answer: Complete form sf-18
