    Description; Information:
    The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a Statewide Contract (SWC) to provide Office Supplies for an initial period of 2 (two) years beginning with the execution of the contract.
The State of Georgia is using an electronic Request For Office Supplies (eRFP). The eRFP documents are available through the eTool and all eRFPs must be submitted through this eTool. Please email the contact person (Carl A. Hall) utilizing the email address listed above to request a user name and password for access to the eTool. Use "Office Supplies" in the e-mail subject line.
Please specify in your email request the following information:

Your Company Name
Your Contact information including:
o Name
o Title
o Phone Number
o Email Address
Specify if you are currently a registered member of the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR)
Only one contact from a company can represent that company, it is the responsibility of the company bidding on the eRFP to ensure only one eRFP is submitted by a vendor company. Only one user name and password for the eRFP tool will be provided to a vendor company and only one eRFP response per vendor company will be considered.
