WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT
The United States Government desires to lease approximately 116,130 rentable square feet of office space, yielding a minimum of 100,983 to a maximum of 106,032 usable square feet within the following boundaries in the Los Angeles, California area:
NORTH: West Magnolia Blvd. to San Fernando Road
SOUTH: Interstate 10
EAST: San Fernando Road to State Highway 2 to US Highway 101
WEST: Western Avenue to US Highway 101
Seeking first-class office space in an existing or newly constructed office building. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government s standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility and the Government s special security operations. The lease term will be 15 years with 10 years firm. The space offered must meet the following criteria:
Site must allow for an 20 foot setback
Space must be contiguous
328 parking spaces are required
Buildings that contain asbestos or PCB materials will not be considered. A fully serviced and handicapped accessible building is required. The building must not be located in a flood plain. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must by accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building s ownership.
