WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The Department of Industrial Relations is looking for approx. 7,700 nusf of office space in the City of San Leandro, CA Alameda County plus 28 nonexclusive parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, Americans with Disabilites Act (ADA) and applic. codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public trans.; and 4) Comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
