WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The Employment Development Department is looking for approx. 7,300 nusf of good quality office space in the City of San Bernardino, plus parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, Americans with Disabilites Act (ADA) and applic. codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public trans.; and 4) Comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
