WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The Housing and Community Development Department is looking for approx. 1,200 nusf of office space in the City of Redding, California plus 5 non-exclusive parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, and applic. codes (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
