WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The Department of Consumer Affairs is looking for approx. 10,080 nusf of warehouse space in the City of Riverside, plus 5 (five) parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, Americans with Disabilites Act (ADA) and applic. codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public trans.; and 4) Comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
