WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The California Highway Patrol Investigations Unit is looking for approx. 1450 nusf of good quality office space in the City of Fresno, plus five (5) nonexclusive parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applic. codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public trans.; and 4) Comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
