The Department of Consumer Affairs is looking for approx. 32,822 nusf of office/warehouse space in the City of San Leandro, CA plus 16 parking spaces. The space will consist of private offices, reception, conference, data, record storage, mail/copy, clean rooms, etc. Lessor must be willing to contstruct tenant improvements to State specifications and amortize cost into lease.

Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, Americans with Disabilites Act (ADA) and applic. codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public trans.; and 4) Comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
