WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
The Department of Motor Vehicle is looking for approx. +/-6,700 nusf of good quality Office space, and 22 assigned parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must:
1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy;
2) accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, and applicable
Codes - (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC);
3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disabled Veteran, Business
Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective,
give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
