WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
The Department of Motor Vehicle is looking for approx. +/-6,700 nusf of good quality Office space, and 22 assigned parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, and applicable Codes - (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disabled Veteran, Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance. Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details.
