The Employment Development Department is looking for approx. 19,970 nusf of good quality office space in the City of Van Nuys, plus 4 exclusive parking spaces and up to 96 parking spaces for employees.
Buildings submitted must: 1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, and applic. codes (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
