WANTED TO LEASE

The Department of Health Care Services is looking for approx. 14,000 to 16,000 net usable square feet of office space in the city of Sacramento, plus parking spaces to code.
Buildings submitted must: 1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, and applic. codes (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
