The Department of Fair Employment and Housing is looking for approximately 4,600 nusf of Class A Office space in the City of San Bernardino, plus parking spaces to code.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, and applic. codes (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) Be close to public trans.; and 4) Comply with Disab.Vet Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
