WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The Department of Fish and Game is looking for approx. 5,179 nusf of Office space in the City of Santa Rosa, plus 18 parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, and applic. codes (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
