WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is looking for approx. 4,100 nusf of office space in the South Bay area (see below).
Buildings submitted must: 1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, and applic. codes (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
