WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The Department of Health Care Services is looking for approx.950 nusf of good quality office space in the City of El Centro, plus parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, and applic. codes (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
