WANTED TO LEASE
BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The Department of Justice is looking for approx.6,428 nusf of flex space in the City of Yuba City, plus 14 exclusive parking spaces, (add special conditions or reqmts.)
Buildings submitted must: 1) be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) accommodate State plans, specs., seismic safety, and applic. codes (Handicap, ADA-Title 24, & UBC); 3) be close to public trans.; and 4) comply with Disab.Vet. Bus. Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate Energy Star compliance.
