This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for office furniture items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote, solicitation number W907KK-8109-4000.
The USPFO for South Dakota is located in Rapid City, South Dakota has a requirement for Multiple Office Furniture items.
*Item descriptions, manufacturer and reference information are available for the requested office furniture at http://sdguard.ngb.army.mil and selecting Contract Solicitations (see Office Furniture Quote). The Brand and model numbers listed are to identify a minimum standard of quality. Equipment items quoted must be better than or equal to the brand identified.
**Quotes are to be FOB Destination. Include shipping costs in the price of the item or items you are quoting.
***Your Quote is also to include the cost of Assembly and Onsite Installation.
****If you fail to include the shipping cost in the item cost of your quote or the assembly/installation costs your quote may be determined nonresponsive.
*****Desired delivery date is 1 July2008
Shipping/Installation Point will be at the 82 CST Building on Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706.
SDARNG Shipping POC will be identified in the award.
Quotes will evaluated using price and Technical Factors. Technical Factors are more important that price factors. The quote or quote(s) provided best meeting the Government's interest will be selected. Please provide technical information or a website for any quoted equipment that is different than the items specified.
This is not an all or none solicitation, multiple awards may be made as determined what is to be in the best interest of the Government.
Please indicate the GSA Schedule Number if any of the items are on a GSA Schedule.
Please include your Tax-ID and the country of manufacture.
