The Department of the Treasury s Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG), intends to purchase office furniture. The types of furniture needed are tables, guest chairs, desks, cubicle panels and furniture, task lighting, power strips, overhead storage, keyboard trays and 5 drawer lateral files. All quotes will be firm fixed price and shall include shipping, inside delivery, set up and removal of debris at the place of performance listed above. Delivery shall be made to the back of the building which is 1120 Vermont Avenue. All quotes shall be submitted to the attention of Marlene Sheridan, Contract Specialist and emailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov by 2:00 p.m. April 28, 2008. The fixed price quote will also include labor hours for delivery after 6 p.m. in the evening. Installation may take place during normal operating hours.
There will be a site visit at the above listed address on Wednesday , April 16, 2008. All vendors must be present by 9:45 a.m. and provide a valid picture ID or Drivers license to security. Please submit the company name, person who will be visiting the site(limit one person) to the attention of Marlene Sheridan, Contract Specialist, at psb3@bpd.treas.gov no later than Tuesday, April 15, 2008 by 10:00 a.m. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. Affirmative responses shall reference RFQ-FIG-08-0040 and shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required supplies and services. Proposals shall be sent to the attention of Marlene Sheridan, Contract Specialist, at psb3@bpd.treas.gov by the date and time listed above. Any questions must be submitted to Marlene Sheridan at psb3@bpd.treas.gov by 10:00 a.m. April 18th, 2008.
