Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for quotes as no further written solicitation will not be issued. The provisions and clauses in this RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2005-12. This procurement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 424610. The Regional Contracting Department, Marine Corps Base Hawaii intends on negotiating a Firm-Fixed contract for obstacle course materials as follows: 720 liner feet of plastic Lumber measuring 4"x12"x96"; Weed Blanket to cover 9,660 square feet; labor includes installation of plastic borders and weed mat at obstacle course area at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration database to be eligible for a Department of Defense contract award. Firms submitting quo! tes are encouraged to use the Standard Form 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items form found at http://www.gsa.gov/forms/pdf_file and submit a quotation. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Firms submitting quotes shall provide the information required in FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items.
