This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 9 April 2008. Provide all labor, materials equipment and supplies for Oak Timbers to Illinois Waterway Project Office. Thissolicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following NAICS code 423310 will apply with the size standard of 100 Employees. Contracts will be awarded to the technically acceptable, responsive, responsible, compliant vendor. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 22 April 2008 at 4:00 p.m. local time. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbizopps web site for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered inthe Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
