The Federal Aviation Administration Aeromedical Research Division (AAM-600, has a requirement for the refurbishing of the Aircraft Cabin Evacuation Facility hydraulic power and control system. The requirement includes furnishing all management, labor, tools, transportation, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate the Electrical and Hydraulic Power Control Subsystem (HPCS) of the Hydraulic Positioning System of the Aircraft Cabin Evacuation Facility (ACEF). Specific tasks include the removal and replacement of the existing electrical and hydraulic power control subsystem. Additional project work includes but may not be limited to erecting safety nets, scaffolding, and safety barricades. The contractor shall be responsible for providing protection of all government property relating to this contract. The contractor shall perform the required work at the existing ACEF facility at the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute(CAMI), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC)Oklahoma City Oklahoma.
This notice is to notify all interested bidders of a site visit scheduled Wednesday, August 27th at 1:00PM to enable potential bidders to review the proposed work for the purpose of submitting a proposal for the work.

ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING A HARD HAT AND GLOVES. HARD HATS AND GLOVES ARE REQUIRED TO GO BELOW GROUND LEVEL.
