The Department of Health Human Service Office of Minority Health (OMH) through the Program Support Center has a continuing requirement for non-personal services and intends to competitively award a Labor Hour contract for services to be performed at 1101 Wooton Parkway, Rockville, MD 20852. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four consecutive options of one-year each. The total contract potential period is 5 years. Services will begin on or about 30 September 2008 to 29 September 2012. General Scopes of requirement include management of telephone services; library; information, Communication & Outreach, Capacity Development & Technical Assistance, Information Technology, and Internet Clearing House Services. The solicitation is restricted to all small businesses under the (8a) program. Instructions to Offerors under solicitation, HHSP233-2008-RFP-0005, will provide submission details and receipt of offer date. All interested Offerors are encouraged to monitor the FEDBIZOPS to download the entire solicitation package. Submit questions to William.Li@psc.hhs.gov no later than 30 July 2008.
