Synopsis:

The New Mexico National Guard has a requirement to procure four (04) Inlet Barrier Filter kits for the OH58A/C helicopter. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, are applicable to this procurement. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns relating to NAICS 336413, however quotes will be accepted from large businesses in the event that there is no small business participation. The solicitation will be available on or about September 02, 2008 with a closing date for quotes by September 12, 2008. All offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading the solicitation from the website (www.fbo.gov) and to frequently monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in a rejection of the same. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must by registered in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for CCR is www.ccr.gov.
