SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN
FRESNO, CALIFORNIA
STAR #: 7CA2809

The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 43,737 rentable square feet in Fresno, California. The space should yield 38,032 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.

The Government will require three (3) covered parking spaces.

The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area:

North: Shaw Ave.
South: American Ave.
East: Clovis Ave.
West: Marks Ave.

The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced.

Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 30, 2010.

The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.

All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building s ownership.

Interested parties may submit pertinent information by the close of business on to July, 3 2008.
