NOTICE
TO PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTS/ENGINEERS/PLANNERS
The University of Hawai i is seeking qualified
professional firms to provide services in the following areas of disciplines
for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2007:
Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Professional Engineering,
Planning, Construction/Project Management, Cost Estimating, Development
Implementation, Land Surveying, Aerial Surveying, Real Property Appraisal,
Environmental Impact Studies, Project Development Reports, Facilities
Asset Management Planning, Elevators/Escalators,
Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM), Underground Storage Tanks (UST), Lead
Containing Paints (LCP) and Hazardous Environmental. Projects will include repair and maintenance projects, capital improvement
projects and various types of planning projects located at all University of
Hawaii campuses statewide, including extension sites and facilities for
research, public service and other institutional programs.
The selection of firms for projects initiated by the
University shall be made from the University s List of Qualified
Professionals. The list will be
established by responses to this request for qualifications.
Professionals interested in being considered for
selection are invited to submit a letter of interest and completed Statement(s)
of Qualifications, OPRPM FORM 112 (Revised 08/02), to:

All interested
firms must submit the OPRPM FORM 112 with their letter of interest regardless
of whether the form was submitted in response to a prior notice. There is no deadline for submission of
the OPRPM FORM 112. The University
conducts a continuous recruitment for the aforementioned professional services. Firms submitting their letter of interest
and OPRPM FORM 112 after the start of the fiscal year may be considered for
selection for the balance of the fiscal year.
Additionally, all firms interested in qualifying for
projects dealing with ACM, UST, LCP and Hazardous Environmental, must complete
the Supplemental Forms (included with FORM 112). Only those firms completing the supplemental forms and meeting
the minimum requirements as specified therein shall be considered for hazardous
materials projects.
