This paving project is located at the new campground on the North Bend State Park between Harrisville and Cairo in Ritchie County, West Virginia.
The work shall include paving an access roadway and parking spurs in a recreational vehicle campground, an access roadway to a sewage dump station near the campground, and a small trail to a fishing pier near the campground. The major items of work shall consist of placement of approximately 1,800 tons of WVDOH Marshall Hot-Mix Asphalt and approximately 1,300 tons of WVDOH aggregate base course.
The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The required performance time is 45 calendar days. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about June 13, 2008. The Site Showing date will be provided to you in Section L of the Solicitation Package. Interested offerors may register at www.fbo.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
