Description
This modification changes the offers due time and adds to the requirement description. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: Nomad PDAs with accessories to provide recording cap ability for the DAGR GPS units using in-house software programs for the SBInet P28 characterization testing. 20 each; PN: 65220-11, Trimble Nomad 800B, BT and Numeric keypad, 512 K Internal Memory. These items need to be survey configured items that can u se the Holex GM271 GPS cards when needed. The mapping configured items with embedded GPS is not acceptable. 7 each; PN: TD/REC/804-0001, Holex GM271 GPS Card. 20 each; PN: EGL-Z1005, Trimble Nomad Serial Boot. 20 each; PN: EGL-Z1007, Nomad Hand Strap. 7 each; PN: EGL-Z1008, Nomad Extender Cap. 20 each; PN: PN: EGL-Z2012, Spare Battery Charger. 20 each; PN: ST1-Z2001, A/C Charger. 20 each; PN: ST1-Z2003, 12V Vehicle Charger. 20 each; PN: EGL-Z1006, Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery. 7 each; PN: EGL -Z2005, Nomad Carry Case Extended. 20 each; PN: EGL-Z2003, Nomad Standard Nylon Case. FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Defense Finance and Accounting under provisions of Wide Area Work Flow under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, 27 February 2008. Offers shall be submitted electronically at: carmen.simotti@us.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA/ PROCEDURES: Offers will be submitted in commercial quote format. The offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. The equipment must be delivered no later than 10 March 2008. The result of the a ward will be posted in Fedbizopps(http://www.fbo.gov/) under Award Notices.
